Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, salt and potatoes.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
