Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. regular crabmeat
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 slices bread, broken into pieces
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well with a fork.
    Make into cakes.
    Fry on both sides until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel to absorb the grease.
    Serves 4.
