Crusty Cheese Balls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, separated
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    fine bread crumbs
    fat (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Combine cheese, dry bread crumbs, egg yolk and seasonings. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
    Shape into balls about 3/4-inch in diameter.
    Roll in fine bread crumbs.
    Fry in hot deep fat (375\u00b0) until brown.
    Makes about 24 balls.
