Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 med. can of tomato sauce
1 small jar of mushrooms
1 small diced onion
1 small diced green pepper
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/4 tsp. basil, salt & pepper
2 - 3 large chicken breasts
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In medium saucepan combine tomato sauce, onion, mushrooms, green peppers and spices. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Place chicken in baking dish cover with sauce, and cover with foil. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until the chicken is done. Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan and grated cheese. Bake until cheese melts and is slightly browned. Serve over small pkg. of spaghetti noodles.
