Lemon Ginger Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. seedless grapes or pineapple chunks
1 c. celery
Preparation

Mix together the mayo, sour cream, sugar, salt and ginger. Add chicken, grapes and celery.
Toss to coat.
Cover and chill 2 hours. Serve in cantaloupe halves.
Sprinkle with toasted almond slivers or serve on croissant with spread.
