Pretzel Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. warm water
1 pkg. dry active yeast
3 1/2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter (at room temperature)
1/2 beaten egg (at room temperature)
3 1/2 to 4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. water
coarse or kosher salt
Preparation

Place water in electric mixer bowl.
Sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved.
Add sugar, salt, butter, 1/2 beaten egg and 1 1/2 cups flour.
Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Work in as much of the remaining flour as is necessary to make a stiff dough. Cover bowl with aluminum foil; refrigerate for 4 hours.
