Strawberry Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. cold liquid
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Preparation

Add boiling water to gelatin.
Add 2 cups cold liquid (juice from fruits and water), lemon juice and fruit.
Put 1/2 mixture in mold and chill until it begins to set.
Add sour cream to other half and put on top.
Chill.
