Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. frozen peas
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. cooked bacon bits
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
    Layer lettuce, onions, celery and peas.
    Cover with mayonnaise.
    Cover with cheese and bacon bits.
    Cover dish with aluminum foil; refrigerate overnight. Use a 10-inch square dish (2-quart).
