Spiced Cranberry Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 serving size) pkg. raspberry flavor sugar-free gelatin
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 orange, diced and sectioned
Preparation
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
    Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
    Stir in orange.
    Spoon into a 5 cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
    Unmold.
    Garnish, if desired.
