Picante Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts or 8 to 10 chicken tenders
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. picante sauce (mild)
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in small amount of oil.
    Add broth, picante and rice.
    Cut breasts in half or smaller.
    Lay on top of mixture.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Turn off heat and let set 5 minutes.
