B. J.'S Mississippi Mud - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional; I prefer without)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    miniature marshmallows
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt together margarine, sugar and cocoa.
    Add eggs, mixing well.
    Add flour and salt to the nuts and then to the sugar mixture.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Remove from oven and cover with miniature marshmallows.
    These will start to melt and then cover with Chocolate Sauce.
