Date Pecan Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. ground pecans
1 c. dates, chopped
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and mix.
Blend in pecans and dates.
Roll teaspoonful of dough into balls.
Refrigerate balls for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 on greased cookie sheet 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and roll balls in powdered sugar. Sprinkle again with powdered sugar after cookies have cooled.
