Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 lb. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat egg white and water slightly.
Add pecans and mix to moisten.
Mix next 5 ingredients.
Pour over nuts and stir.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
Stir once.
