Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 (27 oz.) can chopped sauerkraut
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. diced green peppers
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
    Combine vegetables; pour hot vinegar mixture over them.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
