Ingredients
    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Cook on hot griddle.
    Has 55 calories per pancake.
    Makes 10 pancakes.
