Scallop Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops
    1/3 c. dry vermouth
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Marinate scallops for several hours in refrigerator in mixture.
    Broil 5 to 6 minutes.
    Turn once after 3 minutes.
    Watch carefully.
