5 Minute Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    2 pt. blueberries
    1 baked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook on high 2 minutes or until mixture boils.
    Boil one minute. Mixture should be thick.
    Stir, add blueberries, cook on high for three minutes, stirring often.
    Pour into crust; top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.
