Chicken Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 to 4 lb.) chickens, cut up
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of ginger
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 (No. 2) can pineapple
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Coat chicken with mixture of flour, nutmeg and ginger.
    Brown well in oil on top of stove.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered with sauce made with pineapple juice, soy sauce, sugar and garlic.
    Add sliced pineapple the last 15 minutes in oven.
    Yields 8 servings.
