Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw white rice
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 stick margarine
    2 cans beef broth
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Lightly brown rice and onions in margarine over medium-high heat.
    Add broth and mushrooms. Pour into 1 1/2-quart covered casserole and bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
