Apple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 Rome Beauty apples

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients; cook over low heat until thick. Cool.
Dice apples; add to sauce.
Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle nuts over the top.
