Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and set aside. Butter bottom of casserole dish. Lay bread on bottom of dish; crumble sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheese over bread and sausage. Mix eggs and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
