Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, uncovered, in jackets until tender.
    Chill thoroughly, 12 hours or more.
    Peel and grate.
    Add eggs, salt and flour.
    Beat with flour until light.
