Lemon Basil Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
Preparation

Combine the first 8 ingredients in shallow baking dish.
Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides.
Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes, turning once.
You may grill or broil.
If broiling, heat broiler and broil chicken 4 inches from heat, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
If grilling, place chicken 4 inches from heat source, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until just cooked through.
Serves 4.
