Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken beasts or 1 broiler-fryer
    2 c. lima beans
    2 large diced onions
    2 lb. can tomatoes
    6 oz. tomato paste
    4 medium potatoes, diced
    2 cans whole kernel corn
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 c. ham, diced
    2 c. ham broth
    salt, pepper, hot sauce and sugar
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in 2 quarts of water until tender.
    Remove from broth and remove bones.
    Add vegetables and paste to broth and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Put chicken, diced ham and ham broth into pot.
    Add salt, pepper, hot sauce and a little sugar to taste.
    Tastes better if it is made a day ahead of time.
