Imogene Evans' Chicken Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken
1 box Stove Top dressing (chicken flavor)
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. flour
6 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimientos
1/4 c. milk

Preparation

Boil chicken and bone; cut up.
Save broth.
Line bottom of oblong dish with the package of bread crumbs from Stove Top stuffing mix.
Cover the crumbs with the chicken.
Take 2 cups of broth and herbs from the package of stuffing mix and cook according to directions.
