Pefoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. narrow noodles, crushed
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 c. rice (not Minute)
    1/2 c. chopped onion or green onion
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    1 large can chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown noodles in margarine.
    Add rice, brown with the onion, mushrooms and green pepper.
    Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth (small amounts) at a time and steam for one half hour or until done.
