Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread (white or whole wheat)
    1 lb. ground sausage meat
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Tear bread into bite size pieces and place in bottom of pan.
