Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. cream-style corn
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped and fried (use drippings)
1/4 c. pimentos
1/2 c. chopped mild jalapeno peppers
2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
