Southfork Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 to 2 Tbsp. red peppers
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans red kidney beans
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can tomato sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers.
    Add ground beef; brown.
    Add remaining seasonings, then canned goods.
    Simmer for about 45 minutes or until slightly thickened and flavors are well mixed. Serve in hot taco shells.
