Tomato Wedges With Basil Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 1/4 tsp. malt vinegar
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
    curly leaf lettuce (optional)
    6 medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; cover and chill. Place lettuce leaves on each serving plate, if desired. Place 3 tomato wedges on lettuce on each plate; top with dressing.
    Yields 12 servings. Contains 39 calories and 12% fat per serving.
