Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mayo
1 tsp. curry
2 lb. green seedless grapes
2 c. diced celery
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 qt. cooked, cubed chicken
2/3 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

For sauce, combine thoroughly the mayonnaise, soy sauce and curry; set aside.
