Deviled Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 small jar or can mushrooms (save liquid)
    1 small jar pimento
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    2 c. crab meat
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained
    1 1/2 c. buttered crumbs
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Place fillets on aluminum foil lined pan.
    Spread lightly with no fat mayonnaise.
    Cover top with corn flake crumbs.
    Sprinkle with paprika or dill weed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 20 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.
    Done when fish flakes with a fork (fish skin will stick to the foil if fish is lifted gently with spatula).
