Feta Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 large fresh white mushrooms
    1/4 c. melted butter
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 crushed clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. crumbled Feta cheese
    1/4 c. grated Kasseri cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brush the mushrooms clean.
    Remove stems and reserve.
    Brush caps with melted butter; arrange, hollow side up, in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mince reserved mushroom stems.
    Heat small frying pan; add butter.
    Add stems and onions; saute until liquid has been absorbed.
    Add flour to frying pan; mix well.
    Add milk, stirring until thickened a bit.
    Add parsley, garlic, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
    Add Feta cheese to mixture; fill mushroom caps.
    Top with Kasseri and a few dots of butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until stuffing has browned lightly and cheese is melted.
    Makes 15 appetizers.
