Fruit Filled Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. fruit preserves (any flavor)
    Glaze
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
