Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, soup, onions and melted butter together.
Put in a 9 x 13 casserole.
Mix crumbs and butter and pour over the top.
Bake for 1 hour.
