Armadillo Eggs No. 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (11 oz. each) jalapenos
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 box pork flavored Shake 'n Bake
    1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild), crumbled
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
    Seed and devein jalapenos, using gloves to protect hands.
    Stuff peppers with cheese.
