Cuban Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 round steaks (1/4-inch thick), sliced lengthwise
garlic salt
chopped onion
sandwich ham
1 hard-boiled egg
2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Cover
meat
with
garlic
salt and chopped onion.
Let stand approximately
1 hour.
Remove onion and save.
Place 1 slice sandwich
ham
and\t1/4
hard-boiled egg in each steak. Roll
and pin.
Sear in oil.\tCover with tomato sauce and add chopped onions.
Cover and simmer about 2 hours or until done, or 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Serves 4.
