Stir-Fried Beef And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. boneless round steak
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 tsp. sugar
    4 oz. fresh broccoli
    1 small can baby corn-on-the-cob
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. beef broth (in can)
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    For the Rice: Put 2 cups of water and 1 cup of long cooking rice in pan.
    Turn burner on medium heat.
    Bring to boil; cover and reduce heat to low.
    Cook for about 12 minutes, or until water has evaporated and rice is sticky.
    Remove from heat and leave covered until serving.
