Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch prepared pie crust
3 c. onions, cut up
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
1/4 c. powdered milk
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; add to prepared pie crust.
Add shredded cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until center is set.
