Aunt Nova'S Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
Preparation
    Cook together the first 7 ingredients until tender (about 5 to 10 minutes).
    Combine milk with flour and add to vegetables.
    Beat together.
    Add cheese to vegetables and heat until cheese is melted.
    Stir to keep from sticking.
    Heat good and hot before serving.
