Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 bunch spinach
    3/4 lb. mushrooms
    3/4 lb. Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced red onion
    1/2 lb. bacon, browned and crumbled
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together day ahead and store in Tupperware bowl.
    Cook almonds and sugar on low for 30 minutes to coat nuts.
    Add bacon and nuts just before serving.
