Bean Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium bell peppers
1 (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. salsa
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cut stem from pepper; remove seeds and cut split in bottom. In a bowl, combine beans, cheese, raisins, salsa and chili powder. Stuff peppers with bean mixture.
Place in an ovenproof dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until peppers are soft and cheese has melted.
