Ingredients

diet white bread, thinly sliced
1 pkg. Feta cheese, break up well with a fork
1 can asparagus spears, drained
mayonnaise
Preparation

Cut crusts off bread and roll with a rolling pin to flatten. Cut in half lengthwise.
Spread an even layer of mayonnaise on each piece.
Sprinkle Feta cheese over mayonnaise.
Cut asparagus to size of width of bread.
Place at one end of bread and roll up. Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Serve hot.
