German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 stick softened margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.
Mix the nuts and coconut and place in bottom of pan.
Mix the cake mix as directed on box and pour over first layer.
Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon on top of the chocolate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
