Cheese And Olive Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded sharp cheese
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    48 large pimiento stuffed olives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Blend together cheese and butter using a mixer. Add flour and paprika. Mix thoroughly and shape 1 tablespoon of this mixture around each olive, dipping hands in flour to prevent sticking. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes just to a golden color. Makes 4 dozen.
