Homemade Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour or 1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
Preparation

Filling:
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour or cornstarch and salt.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook and stir, over medium heat, until thickened and bubbly.
Reduce heat.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
