Potato Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, grated into bowl of cold water
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt or less
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper or less
    vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
    Drain and squeeze grated potato.
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl, except oil.
    Over medium heat, put 1/8-inch oil in large skillet.
    Pour 1 cup potato mix in pan.
    Flatten slightly. Cook on both sides until crisp and brown (about 8 minutes).
