Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium sliced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. dried onions
dash of celery seed
1 can mushroom, drained
salt and pepper
Preparation

Peel and thinly slice potatoes into sprayed casserole dish. Mix soup with milk in microwave container.
Microwave almost to boiling point.
To potatoes, sprinkle onions, salt, pepper and celery seed over.
Add mushrooms.
Top with soup mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
