Dutch Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 beaten egg (to bind mixture)
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Form into small balls and saute quickly in 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
    When meatballs are sauteed, put them all in skillet. Add 2 tablespoons tomato puree and 1 cup beef stock or bouillon. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Let stand for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, reheat, but do not boil.
    Add 1 cup sour cream.
