Peanut Butter Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. peanut butter
Cool Whip
1 (10-inch) deep dish pie crust or two 8 or 9-inch shallow pie crusts
Preparation

Heat milk, sugar and salt on low until bubbly.
Dissolve cornstarch in milk.
Add to first mixture and also add eggs.
Cook until clear, about 10 minutes.
Remove from stove and add vanilla, margarine and peanut butter.
Whip smooth and cool a little before filling cooked pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
